Instructions for New Applicants*

The lottery for 2008-2009 placement will be run in February 2008.

1. Applications for students that are currently attending school are accepted at any time but will need to be run through a lottery before placement. The next anticipated lottery will be held in February 2008. To submit an application you will need to print the form Uniform Charter School Application and fill it out. Right now we do not have any way to apply on-line.
   
1. Children enrolling for the upcoming Kindergarten must be five (5) years old before September 1st.
2. We begin accepting applications for the next year's Kindergarten on July 1st. Please Note: any received before this time will not be accepted and will need to be re-submitted.
1. NOTE: You can turn in applications for 2008/2009 school right now.
2. Applications for 2009/2010 can be turned in beginning July 1, 2008.
   
3. There will be no confirmation of applications received.
2. The lottery places students in a list that becomes our wait list. When there is any opening we first place any siblings and then place from our wait list.
3.  You may submit applications in person, by fax or by mail. Please remember that no confirmation will be given.

New students will be assessed on reading & math skills for placement into appropriate reading & math groups for an optimal learning environment.
